CirculeID 平台的使用受什么约束？
已签署的主协议及其订购单，连同随附的数据处理条款。CirculeID 通过协商达成的企业合同销售，而非点击接受式条款，因此不适用另行发布的服务条款，本网站上的任何内容也不得凌驾于您所签署的文件之上。
That is worth stating plainly, because a published terms page that contradicts a negotiated agreement causes real problems during procurement — and the signed document wins in any event.

Your data is yours. We process it to provide the service and for nothing else. We do not use customer product data to train models, and we do not aggregate it into a data product sold to third parties. This is a contractual commitment, not a policy page.
Export is defined, not discretionary. The agreement states the export window and the format. Because passports are expressed in GS1 and W3C standards, what you export stays meaningful and verifiable outside our platform.
Subprocessor changes are notified in advance. Not announced afterwards, so you have the opportunity to object before a change takes effect.
Availability commitments live in the agreement. Deliberately not on a marketing page: a figure with no contract behind it is not a commitment, and we would rather negotiate a real one against your requirements.

真正的服务条款在哪里？
在您所签署的合同之中。CirculeID 采用协商签署的主协议销售，而非点击即同意的条款；在此另发布一套条款，只会造成两份可能彼此矛盾的文件 —— 而最终生效的仍是您签署的那一份。本页要说明的，是在那份文件送到贵方法务之前，您可以有怎样的预期。
如果两份文件相互冲突，以哪一份为准？
优先次序在协议本身中已作约定，通常为：订购单，其次是主协议，再次是数据处理条款，最后是通过引用并入的各项政策。若您的采购流程需要调整该顺序，可以协商。
我们放进平台的数据归谁所有？
归您所有。我们处理这些数据仅为提供服务，别无他用——我们不会用客户的产品数据训练模型，也不会把它汇集成向他人出售的产品。这是合同义务而非政策表态，并已写入协议。
如果协议终止，护照会怎样？
您可以导出，而且由于它们以 GS1 与 W3C 标准表达，导出的文档在我们平台之外仍然有意义且可验证。协议中约定了明确的导出窗口与格式。请在采购阶段就问清楚，而不是等到终止合作时。
签约前我们能拿到带修订标记的版本吗？
可以。协议是可以协商的，而且我们更希望贵司法务尽早提出修改意见，而不是在大家都已投入时间做完技术评估之后才发现有阻碍。请在流程一开始就索取合同文本。
